CiteBrief Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
CiteBrief is a prototype in early development. This page explains what we collect when you ask for access to our demo desks, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request access, we ask for your name, the job you're requesting access for, your email address, and your phone number, along with your written request.
How we use it
Information you submit is owned by CiteBrief and used only by CiteBrief. We use it to review your request and decide on access. We use your email and phone to communicate with you about CiteBrief, including your access request, until you ask us to delete them. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of our messages or writing to [email protected].
Who can see it
Only the people who approve access to the site, the Incident Commander and the system administrator, can see your contact details. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Where it's kept
Your information is stored on CiteBrief's own server, behind a sign-in.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. To ask, write to [email protected].
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time. Write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Changes
Because CiteBrief is a prototype, this policy may change. We'll post any update here with a new date.
